Computer chips hold the key to making smartphones, cars, tractors, TVs, and now AI. They are essential for the military and essential for the economy. Making computer chips takes a lot of high-paying jobs too, up and down the value chain. We have previously conceded making computer chips. We are fighting back now with the CHIPS act, and we need to keep fighting to bring back manufacturing jobs, strengthen our economy and strengthen our military.
